Welcome to Morning Momentum! By joining any of our packages (Patron, Supporter, or Community Member) or participating in our offerings, you agree to the following Terms and Conditions:

Membership Packages

Patron (£28/month): Includes MM Community (Early Rise, Exercise, Cold Exposure, Social), unlimited access to the MM Super Saver Program (exclusive discounts via affiliates), exclusive access to MM monthly special classes, a merchandise bundle after 3 consecutive months of membership, and free access to MM events (valued at £22).

Supporter (£13.99/month): Includes MM Community (Early Rise, Exercise, Cold Exposure, Social), unlimited access to the MM Super Saver Program, and exclusive access to MM monthly special classes.

Community Member (Free): Includes MM Community (Early Rise, Exercise, Cold Exposure, Social) only.
Monthly fees are charged upfront and auto-renew until cancelled. Prices may change with prior notice.

Participation
MM Community activities and events are open to registered members who meet any specified eligibility criteria (e.g., age, fitness level). Participation is at your own risk, and you confirm you are in suitable health to engage in these activities. -
MM Super Saver Program
Available to Patron and Supporter members, this program provides unlimited access to exclusive discounts through affiliate partners. Discounts are subject to availability and terms set by partners; we are not liable for changes or discontinuations. -
MM Monthly Special Classes & Events
Patron and Supporter members receive exclusive access to monthly special classes. Patron members also receive free entry to MM events (£22 value). Availability is subject to scheduling and capacity limits. -
Merchandise Bundle
Patron members receive an MM merchandise bundle after 3 consecutive months of active membership. Delivery is subject to availability; no cash alternative is offered. -
Cancellations and Refunds

Memberships can be cancelled anytime with 30 days’ notice; no refunds for partial months.

Event or class cancellations by you within 14 days are non-refundable (if applicable).

If we cancel an event or class, paid members may receive a credit or refund at our discretion.

Safety and Conduct
You agree to follow all rules, instructions, and safety guidelines for MM Community, classes, and events. We reserve the right to remove participants for disruptive behaviour, endangering others, or non-compliance, without refund or compensation. -
Liability
Morning Momentum Ltd, its staff, and affiliates are not liable for any injury, loss, or damage sustained during MM Community activities, classes, events, or through the Super Saver Program, except where caused by our gross negligence. Participation is at your own risk; consult a healthcare professional if needed. -
Photography and Media
We may photograph or record activities for promotional use. By participating, you consent to the use of your likeness in our marketing materials unless you notify us in writing otherwise. -
Changes
We may modify package benefits, schedules, or these Terms and Conditions at any time. Updates will be posted on our website. -
